What is U-Labs?
U-Labs is Unshackled's exploration lab for ambitious technical & scientific immigrants who are deeply technical, curious, and working on something that matters. This is where you can find feedback, early community, and a path forward.
You might be a scientist with a technical breakthrough, an engineer with a prototype, a researcher testing early hypotheses or a a recent grad building after hours. If you’re working on something complex and meaningful, especially in fields like biotech, climate, AI, robotics, health, or deep tech, we’d love to hear from you.

U-Labs isn’t a public program. We keep it small and intentional to make sure every founder gets meaningful support and aligned peers. Most members are referred by people we trust, but we welcome self-nominations from immigrants with strong technical backgrounds
